Warranty Coverage
The StraightShooter 2-year warranty safeguards against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase, during normal use.

Our Warranty Promise
Should any defects arise within the warranty period, Roadskulls will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product with new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent product.

How to Activate Your Warranty
To claim the warranty, get in touch with our customer service team by sending an email to [email protected] with “Warranty Claim” as the subject. Include the following details:
- Your full name and contact details
- A brief description of the issue
- The original proof of purchase
We will respond with instructions to facilitate the warranty service.

Exclusions to Warranty Coverage
The following are not covered by the StraightShooter 2-year warranty:
- Damages arisen from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and external causes not related to a material or workmanship defect
- Normal wear and tear or ageing of the product
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports
- Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, that are designed to diminish over time, unless a failure has occurred due to a material or workmanship defect

Transferability
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
