In 2002 Mr. Edgmon graduated from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute of Phoenix, AZ where he earned a certificate as a certified Harley-Davidson mechanic. As a certified mechanic, he trained in early and late-model Harley-Davidsons. In 2010, he became a qualified expert-level technician and certified in dyno operation.

Additionally, Mr. Edgmon has 7 years of experience working as a service manager in two different dealerships. As a dealership employee, he was certified in Warranty Management in October 2005, MBA service operation analysis in March 2008, and Service Management Excellence: Using Metrics and Marketing to Drive Performance in October 2008. Thanks to the DAV organization (Disabled American Veteran), Mr. Edgmon returned to school in 2010 and earned an Associates of Applied Business in 2012. In 2014, he graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Organization and Innovation Management. Mr. Edgmon was proud to serve in the United States Army.
